Critical Bug in Note Playback UI in Musescore 4

I have older scores made in musescore 3 that I wanted to use. The velocity settings are set to -25 with offset, but it seems musescore 4 has changed to not have an offset velocity anymore.
I don't like this, as the note doesn't play at all. so I wanted to change it, but to no avail. The playback UI will close immediately when clicked on.
Click on a note, on the playback UI in properties, and then try to change the velocity:
The playback UI closes immediately, which means we can't edit the note's tuning and velocity at ALL.
