Simply play the score. From Bar 16 an unexpected continuous low pitched note or sound appears that is not in the score. It played perfectly in MS3; this only occurs on trying it in MS4

I can reproduce the issue in the given score. The source of the unwanted sound is the Bass Tuba instrument, which is loaded as a MS Basic instrument. In measure 18, it has a pizzicato instruction, after which all of the notes hold out indefinitely. If you remove this instruction (which I suspect a tubist does not want anyway), the playback sounds fine.

Thanks for that. I decided late in the project to double the contrabass part on bass tuba and forgot to remove the pizz/arco tags!
