Muse Hub problem

You can see in the image here that there is a problem in Muse Hub "Muse Hub helper service is not running." I tried reinstalling Muse Hub but it didn't seem to work.
Additionally, when I click on the connect button, it freezes.

in addition it seems like it didn't download the Muse Sounds but it has expect the keys and the choir packs if I try to install these it freeze again.

But first try to reboot your machine to see if that helps (that helper service should start then automatically as well).
