Timeline: Lower view doesn't react properly to upper view visibility change

Open any score that has several parts, show timeline, hide the upper view.
The lower view is now improper. See the attached images

Can confirm. when collapsing all meta labels, only the instrument's labels go up on the display, but their actual boxes in the timeline remain on the same locations, and are no longer lined up with each instrument's name. See attached pictures.
