Sizing the instrument measures separately

Hi everybody! Thank you for your support.
Recently I updated my Musescore version from 3.6.2 to 4. It seems some differences in the new version. I used to have my scores often different sizes for main instrument and others. Before in version 3 it was very easy to re-size each parts. I just selected the whole score and right click the mouse on each instrument part, then it pop up with a list of the staff/part Properties where I can easily choose the percentage of the scale. Is this list now hidding somewhere?
And the bar for open/saving/printing ...... files is now also missing, I can find them only when I pull down the file command, why this change? Or can I put it back like before?
