Unable to find autosave
I recently opened a file in MuseScore 4, which I had started in MuseScore 3. I worked on the score for about two hours, and then it crashed. Then, when I tried to open the file, none of my work from the past two hours was saved. I looked in my auto save folder, but I was not able to find anything. I looked through the Help Center, but I was not able to find anything to help me. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it so much.

Your OS would be a good starting point....
In Windows you should have a hidden folder ".msbackup" in your scores folder, inside are the hidden backup files; filenames start with a dot and extension is mscz~

I’m on Mac, and I tried finding my hidden backup, but the backup was only for the old version on MuseScore 3
