panning on playback, individual notes and text

In Musescore 3 I was able to pan individual notes and the text above (Note names) on playback. In Musescore 4 (which seems great) there is only a line during playback.
I liked this as I used it on the screen in a whole class setting (yes I'm a teacher), please see example on YouTube
