Se cierra la aplicación cuando estoy editando / The application closes when I am editing

Hola! Estoy usando Musescore4 y cuando estoy editando una partitura la aplicación se cierra, también cuando estoy escuchando lo editado se cierra la app. hace poco mas de un mes que pagué por la aplicación y perdí un examen por las fallas de la app en el momento de editar perdí mucho tiempo buscando el error. me pueden ayudar por favor, nesecito resolver esto con la app para seguir trabajando, muchas gracias.
