Fermata hold time in MS4

I read in a post that you can increase the fermata hold time as follows: "If you select a fermata, you can open the inspector (press F8) and increase the time stretch from the default of 1." I assume that was for MS3 (since it refers to the Inspector).

However I'm not seeing where I can increase the fermata hold time in MS4. (?) And I wasn't able to find anything in "Properties".
