Audio Playback in a Digital Book using InDesign

Hello,

I am using InDesign to create a digital songbook. I know how to add the audio so that it plays, either when the user clicks on it or automatically when it is loaded. Is there a way that I can have the audio play while the cursor moves over the sheet music, exactly like how the playback works in MuseScore? Or is that too much to ask? :)
