HELP CORRUPTED FILE (Musescore 4)

When I try to open the file Musescore says my file is corrupted with an ignore or cancel option. I can open the editing screen, but the place where the score is supposed to be is all black. The "Attempt Corruption Repair" plugin option is grayed out. I don't know what to do. This needs to be done by Monday for the concert or my teacher will murder me I'm gonna have a panic attack.
