Frozen loading of a Sound
Hello: loaded Musehub and Musescore 3 on my windows 10 laptop. Both apps run fine. Loaded all sounds and they are working fine as well except one. Percussion loaded 3/4 of the way and then just stopped, ceased loading..no Bps indicator, nada. I have rebooted, I have removed the Musehub app and reinstalled it, and it still comes up that the percussion has loaded 3/4 of the way and there is no indication of any additional download action happening. I have hit stop and start on the download button several times and after three hours I’ve given up. Please advise and thanks so much, Mark Williams, Savannah, Georgia.

Please check your laptop against the Minimum Requirements for MuseScore and Muse Sounds - details at the foot of this web page:

Don’t believe minimum requirements with my laptop will be a problem. I have already loaded the app and loaded six of the sounds successfully. The problem is the last sound load, percussion, went to the 3/4 loaded place, and then just stopped. No bps heartbeat at all. Wish I could find a way to delete the sound file and start again. And he helps appreciated, Mark

Memory (RAM): 8 GB (16 GB recommended)
Processor (CPU): 4 cores (8 recommended)

To delete the sound, hover your mouse over the download button and you'll see a tooltip explain to press Alt and click to delete.
EDIT: hmm, that probably applies only after it succeeds.
