Score is corrupted and will not open.
I suddenly can't open this file, and I'm wondering if theres a way I can repair it?
I was given the error message:
Error=XML_ERROR_EMPTY_DOCUMENT ErrorID=13 (0xd) Line number=0

I'm sorry to state that: this file does not contain any useful data.
The file is not empty but it has about 56kByte zeros.
Try to find a backup / autosave copy.
My score is doing the same thing:
I'm getting the notification that it has been corrupted and opening it could cause MuseScore to malfunction. I have no idea what went wrong, but this is the code that pops up when I click the "show details" button:
Error=XML_ERROR_EMPTY_DOCUMENT ErrorID=13 (0xd) Line number=0
I have tried seeing if it will open anyway (the score is for an assignment I needed to do for uni, and I was stupid and didn't save a backup) but nothing opens.

This file contains a stylesheet, nothing else.
The mscz file may be opened by a zip tool.

The mscx file (well, the filename, at least) is in there somewhere but the information pointing to it is missing. Maybe the CIA could manage to, but I was unable to decode it.

LOL.
Yes, if you compress only the *.mss file, you get a 10kByte zip file, so the other 22kByte probably have the needed content, but are not accessible with the standard tools.
