How to do Tremolo?

I wanted to do a roll for my music but it said i have to do a tremolo. I thought that was easy but i couldn't find tremolo anywhere so i asked for more help and it said got to advanced workshop but i didn't know where that was so i looked up information for that and it said go to basic workshop BUT WHERE IS THAT?! Please help me. I'm new to musescore and i don't know a lot.
