Unable to RESIZE MuseScore Version 4 main window?

I have and up to date Windows 11 and it appears that the MuseScore Version 4 main windows ALWAYS expands to fill the entire DISPLAY screen? What am I doing wrong? Or is this supposed to be a new feature?

Please respond to rdachows@gmail.com. I did not have this issue with MuseScore Version 3!
