MuseScore's "Send to YouTube" feature is broken

I realize this is actually www.musescore.org, but over on www.musescore.com, the "Send to YouTube" feature is broken. With version 4, it does work, but if you have more than 5 instruments, it will zoom in on the top 5, and cut the rest off. However, I used version 3.6.2 still because it still showed everything I used and even had a keyboard at the bottom of my piano solo videos, like this one:

But all of a sudden, the button doesn't work at all for MS3. It's been a week, and a bunch of people are trying to reach technical support about it, but it's still not working. What's going on? Has support for MS3 stopped all together? Is this a problem we can fix, or do the people just not care anymore? I want answers!
