Music doesn't playback

I made a piece of music using musescore 4.0.2, and I want to play it back to listen to it, but no sound comes out. The cursor moves, and the mixer shows that the sound is working, but it doesn't play anything. I know my headphones are working b/c I tested them with a youtube video. I also have all of the sound packs installed.

macOS, Linux, Windows? Where are the headphones plugged in? Do you have any OTHER pieces of music using MS4.0.2 that do sound? By saying "sound packs", do you mean you have installed & are using Muse-Hub / Muse Sounds? If you set up your score using MS-Basic sounds, do you get audio output?
