Renaming parts - but it is not shown

I am renaming instruments and part names (actually translating to Swedish) in the instruments and/or the parts input tab - but when creating individual parts, the original name is used. The same goes for the part name in the mixer window. Trying to add part name in page header by using $:i also gives the original part name.

Any ideas on this?
