2 feature requests: Buffer Size + Control Surface Button Mapping

These are literally my only gripes with Musescores functionality... other than this, it has everything I could ever need, at least for now.

  1. The buffer size for MIDI input does not go NEARLY low enough. 128 is the highest I would use. 1024 is way, way too slow.

  2. I have a MIDI controller (M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49) that has control surface controls (like the ones found on digital mix controllers) and those transport controls are not map-able within Musescore! I would love to be able to use them.
