Why is Musescore showing bassnotes in tabs with red highlight?
In the attached file, why does Musescore4 show several bass notes in the tabs with the red "error" highlight?
I think that's supposed to mean that the given note doesn't fit the instrument's tuning, but the notes in this file are correct.

That red (also?) indicates collisions, 2 notes played on the same string

"several bass notes in the tabs with the red "error" highlight?"
This is not an error. It simply indicates a conflict between the same note (D) entered in two different voices. This note has no alternative placement, no way out, it can only be played on the last string. Hence the conflict indicated by this red square. Whereas the D (ottava) of the following measure can be played on two different strings (and you've hidden the one you didn't want, the "a" open string).
However, you can deactivate this red color (which wouldn't appear in print anyway) in menu View -> Show -> Untick "Show Formatting".

Makes sense. Thank you.
