Unable to download

Is Musescore down?

For the first time since having a Pro subscription for years, I'm not able to download anything or any format. The window pops up, but then nothing happens when I choose a format. Contacting support only leads me to this page now. No more individual suppport. I might as well cancel my subscription if I can't download music anymore.
I am not downloading "Official Scores", just all the other scores.

Every time, whatever I do I get the same message:
