MuseScore fails to, open

Musescore has decided to go on strike. I have 4.1.1. It does not open from the icon, "run as administrator" or from the file location exe command . In Task Manager, I am informed that Musescore is suspended. Why is this? It has been working fine, then sporadically ,and now not working.
