Changing colours on tabs

I’m on MS4 for Mac. I’m using mostly Jazz style lead sheets, but some standard ones with staff and tablature.

What I would like to do is change the colours of individual lines on the tablature based on conditions. I can handle the conditional logic myself, but I would like to be able to change the low E string to dark blue, A string to Yellow, etc.

Has anyone done this?
