Creating full measure rests without deleting the text/chord symbols
I tried to find this on the forums and it seems people have just been concerned with creating the full measure rest in the past.
I am about 6 hours into a very comprehensive lead sheet that goes over the vocabulary I took from a Chet Baker transcription for a friend and I have quite a few measures (i worked a little sloppily this time) that have whole rests instead of whole measure rests that also have expression text (used for notating what the function of every chord is), chord symbols and every now and then explanations of the key centers/functions. I know the easy solution is take another 20 minutes and redo those measures but i've already put too many hours into this and apart from the actual transcribing and learning I did before notating, none of this is for me.
So i was wondering if now in 2023 anyone knows of a way to do this without having to retype everything, don't stress if you don't know how, its not the end of the world I just prefer for the music I give to others to be orderly and clean.
