Issues when using ornaments and ties together / soundfonts or VST (4.2)

I already encountered this issue in 4.1 but it has not yet been fixed; If there are multiple tied notes, they sound like they should, but if I place an ornament on the first note, it behaves like the tied notes don't exist, only playing the first with the ornament. Removing the ornament, or unchecking "play" in its settings does fix it.
If there are 3 tied notes, putting an ornament on the middle one, it will not play the ornament at all.
Putting the ornament on the second note does work though.
I suspect this is because of the way ornaments are handled in MIDI, which is definitely in need of a major overhaul

I already found playback very choppy in Soundfont/VST situations but now it is very distracting because I cannot hear what I actually write...

This is probably not an issue when using musesounds but I do not use it so I don't know
