MuseScore 4 won't load on M1 MacBook running MacOS12.5

Now that there is a lot of new forum activity because of the 4.2 update, I'm going to try again to get help on the same issue that has prevented me from using MuseScore 4 ever since it first was released.

Whenever I attempt to launch the app, I am never able to progress beyond the "loading..." splash screen and the spinning pinwheel mouse. I've downloaded, deleted, and re-downloaded each new update of the app and its associated files multiple times, both with MuseHub and without. I have done my best to comb through previous forum posts for solutions, but no suggested solutions have seemed to make a difference. My best guess is that there is some plugin or audio driver on my computer that the program is attempting to scan and can't move past, but it's beyond my troubleshooting skills to determine what it may be. I've deleted all the excess audio drivers/devices I could think of and tried launching the app with every available combination of audio interfaces and headphones connected or disconnected. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
