The website works fine but when I open a score it doesn't load even if I reload it still doesn't work.

You are talking about the musescore.com website where scores are hosted. So you need to contact support@musescore.com
These forums on musescore.org only deal with the free MuseScore notation software (for Windows, MacOS and Linux).
