random time signature changes appear , glisses disappear and reappear

Hi All,

I was writing in continuous view for 12 instruments and when adding notes to other parts, Musescore 4.2 randomly changed the time signature from 4/4 to 6/4. Also glissandos didnt appear at first, then appeared again and then disappeared again randomly. Any help?
