New 4.2 update
My score was perfect before the update. After the update, my score is severely spread out for no reason and has giant black triangles in the middle of everything.
The attached picture is zoomed way out for clarity.
Is there any way to fix this?

Yes. Don't use continuous mode in 4.2. Hopefully it will get fixed sometime.

I changed out of continuous mode and now only have one instrument audible.
