how to do this?

as we can see in the bass clef, there are 2 notes (the lower F and the higher F)
(the higher F is supposed to be played with the right hand)
there are no rests or notes in the treble clef, just blank...

there is also another example in sonata 3rd movement
there is just a blank space above those notes
the 16th notes are played with the right hand and the 8th notes are played with the left hand

how do I edit in Musescore to be like this?
