It's easiest to do this as you are setting up the score to begin with. See the Handbook at https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/setting-your-score. In particular, https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/setting-your-score#title.
If you’re starting from a template, there are spaces for them. If you’re starting from completely blank score, use text frames.
