German translation of the instruments
I suggest to translate the track name "Percussion" as "Schlagzeug", the long name "Percussion" as "Schlagzeug" and the short name "Perc." as "Schl." since it is common to use the name "Schlagzeug" and not "Schlagwerk" in orchestral scores.

Im allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch werden die Begriffe Schlagzeug und Drumset gleichbedeutend verwendet, akademisch ist das Schlagzeug jedoch ein Synonym für Schlagwerk, der Oberbegriff für sämtliche Schlag- und Perkussionsinstrumente innerhalb eines Sinfonieorchesters.

The word "Schlagwerk" refers to the group of all percussion instruments in an orchestra. The word "Schlagzeug" refers to the group of percussion instruments in an orchestra that a single percussionist plays.
The Duden dictionary defines the word "Schlagzeug" as "zusammengehörende, von einem einzigen Musiker gespielte Gruppe von Schlaginstrumenten (wie Trommel, Becken, Gong, Triangel u. a.) in einem Orchester, einer Band".
