Changing default properties of System text

I have been trying to change the font and font features to system text. When I try to change System text properties, I get the dialogue box pictured. What I'm looking for is a font list, font size, quality, etc. The earlier versions let you change those qualities in a little box on the lower left side of the page. Any help out there?
