I CURRENTLY HAVE THE HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS VIEW MODE SINCE I LIKE TO RECORD THE SCREEN OF THE SCORE PLAYING AND ADD THEM TO MY VIDEOS, I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF WHEN USING THAT VIEW MODE, I CAN REMOVE THAT SMALL TYPE "WATER FRAME" THAT LEAVES ON THE LEFT SIDE AS SEEN IN THE ATTACHED IMAGE

No, you can't remove that
Can you layer a stave text with a thick white frame on top of it? This might at least hide it.

Doesn't work.
You can remove the instrument name.
You could record an area of the screen which excludes those elements.
