Unless I'm mistaken Ctrl +Z is "Undo" and Ctrl + Shift + Z is "Redo". OP explicitly wanted the "Redo" ... I thought?

IIRC redo is Ctrl+Y

[Ctrl] Y does nothing for me in MS, works in some applications but not in others. [Ctrl][Shift]Z works in most.

Ctrl+Shift+Z is also the shortcut specified in the Handbook shortcuts section.
