how to do this?
how do I move the notes in the back.. forward? like shown in the picture
(there are about 20 more measures in the back to move just one and a half quarter note)

Select, cut, paste:
Select: click on first note in range, [Shift]-click on last.
Cut: [Ctrl] X or right-click, Cut or (main menu bar) Edit, Cut.
Paste: Choose destination, [Ctrl] V or right-click, Paste or main (menu bar) Edit paste.
You may have to tidy up some tied notes, beamed notes etc.
