Impossible to get a refound or speak to anyone

Hey, I got my free week trial for the PRO+, cancelled after 5 days but still they took 135€ from me. I have been trying to get an answer from them in all the possible ways, email from different emails, refund request, etc.
I got no answer from any "support"!
I'm student and I really need this money.

That doesn't mean it's the wrong place: it just means that they are being slow to respond. You might be better off contacting your credit card company to help with this and to ensure that no future payments are taken.
