Having Issues Finding the Metro Modulation that Dictates Swing

Hi all,
I'm having issues finding a metric modulation that is used to denote 'Swing.' I have a picture attached from another notation program. I can't seem to find the metric part of the 'swing' in the palettes, not even the master palette when I click view. Furthermore, I wonder how I can upload this symbol or font to MuseScore 4?
