Work Did Not Save

My project didn't save all of the work I had done. It has the piano part, however, I had added string instruments and had edited the piece profusely. I had clicked save several times throughout my sessions and it saved the audio but it kept saying it didn't save to the cloud. I didn't think anything of it because my work was still always there the previous times. However, my MuseScore ended up crashing and when I rebooted it all of my work was gone. It didn't give me an option to restore and when I opened the project, the piece was back to only piano. It completely deleted everything I added. I tried going to file and clicking the recent scores but it kept saying "score does not exist" or that I can't open it. I also checked my computer files and folders but I never saved the project to my actual computer. I don't really want to lose HOURS of work. Is there anyway to restore what I lost? I feel like I've tried everything.
