REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried repeatedly to cancel 2 day into my free 7 day trial and there is NO link or button to delete the account. Please advise.. I have already alerted my credit card for a dispute and will be getting a new credit card in the mail tomorrow. This is not good business. please advise why there is no clear way to cancel account and why you are charging my card, not only for the free trial which i cancelled 2 days in BUT now see a charge for $69.98 one year subscription? I did not order that either.. thanks
