Finale can moving all lyrics with a tools for lyrics. I can moving all lyrics in MuseScore with a mouse and hold on a Ctrl key but inconvenience.
I find MuseScore in 2013, i love it. So i uninstalled Finale on my system.
I can read English, but not very well.
OK, so you mean just physically move them lower on the page, keeping them attached to the same notes? That's quite possible. In addition to ctrl+click each individual syllable, you can drag-select (hold ctrl while dragging). Or, if you want *all* lyrics lower, just change the lyric text style (Style/Text/Lyric) and/or lyric margins (Style/General/Page).
In 2.0 Beta/Nightly builds, it is also possible to select lyrics within a range by first selecting the range then right clicking one lyric and choosing Select / All Similar Elements in Range Selection.
This one has been made smaller in a recent nightly build, see #36641: Style/General window comes up larger than necessary. However, all screens do fit in the minimum required 1024x768 screen.
Regardless some effort has be made to make them also fit Netbook screens (1024x600?), let us know if find screens too large for that.
If you need somebody to translation Vietnamese, I can help you.
Moving/Move: Di chuyển
Moving lyrics: Di chuyển lời ca khúc.
Lyric: Lời ca khúc/lời bài hát/
Eventually you can test your work directly in MuseScore by going to Help → Resource Manager and update the Vietnamese translation. This will pull in your translation into the MuseScore software. A restart of MuseScore is required though to load in the translation completely.
I already create an account, but I don't know it. You can send to me a documents for translations via mail. I will try. huynhquocdong@gmail.com
Thanks.

To reduce overhead, we don't do translations via mail. Instead everything happens online through Transifex.
