Question On Nightly Builds
Do each newer nightly build contain the data from the prior builds or is each build based solely off the latest beta?

They are cumulative. Each build contains all fixes made in previous builds, plus one or more new ones. So the latest nightly build is always the greatest.

almost always. Of course any such addition could cause a new bug...
