Creating a score for guitar trio and template
I'm attempting to create a score for a guitar trio. No success. Searched the forum but no help there.
I would like to do two things:
1) Create a score for three guitars, classical guitar trio.
2) convert that score to a template.
Is this possible?

Just create the score and store it in the template folder, that's all there is to it.

How do I create the sheet music with three staves, one for each guitar? There are no templates for this.

Thank you. That worked. Do I have access to the Template folder from Musescore or do I need to copy the file from one folder to another?

Depends on what version of MuseScore. In 1.3, you have to save to MuseScore's own folder, which on most operatings systems is probably protected and requires special handstands to navigate to and then more handstands to write into. In 2.0, you have your very own Templates folder, right next to your Scores folder, so you can save into it directly.
