anacrusis and the last bar
Hello. When I wannt to make anacrusis 1/4 than it has no effect on the last bar. How can it bee. Or du I make it wrong

Have you read the section of the handbook I pointed you at?
Right-click into the last measure, measure properties, change actual duration.

I think the screenshot is somehow messed up - looks like a picture of the "check for updates" section of Edit/ Preferences, not the Measure Properties dialog.
I noticed another screenshot posted recently in a thread appears to be the wrong image. Did something get messed up on the site regarding image links recently perhaps?

Hmm, that's kind of odd, then if it's a toal coincidence that the thread I read just before I posted my comment also had a case of a strangely inappropriate image. Here is the post:

I swear a couple of days ago that was an image of the shortcut dialog showing the numpad shortcuts assigned. Now it seems to be a picture of program icons.

Stange indeed, I'm pretty sure I check before I posted and have no idea why I would have replaced that image with a wrong one but same name
