Can you explain more what you mean? Do you need help atraching PDF files to your email? That has nothing to do with MuseScore, really - that's a question for whomever makes the program you use to send email. One MuseScore has created the PDF file, there is nothing more for it to do - it's not involved with the sending of email.
If you mean, how do you *create* the PDF file from MuseScore, File / Export. But again, it will be up to you to figure out how to actually attach the file in whatever program you are using to send your email.
