Is it possible to have a chord cross between two staffs as is possible with Cross Staff Beaming? I would like to have the music look like the bottom 4 measures, but have it sound like the top 4 measures. I was able to phony-in the appearance, but the arpeggios don't sound right.
From my experience, there is no way to do this easily. The only way I could see this working is writing out how it should sound using voice one, then doing all of the cross-beam stuff in voice two while making the corresponding notes in voice one invisible; then make voice two silent and stretch out the arpeggio.
I was experimenting with that and the only thing I got is to shift all the chord from the upper staf to the lower staff, but there isn't a way to tell MuseScore gnome that we want to leave some notes of the chords in the upper staff.

Yes. I think that will work. Thank you.

There should be a more easy way to do this.
