Open issue
I'm having what I know is a very basic issue and sorry for bothering everyone. I'm trying to load in a midi for piano with both Bass and Treble clef but when I load it it only registers treble. All of my attempts to fix it result in all notation being removed so I'm not sure what to do here. Any help would be great.

Which version of MuseScore are you using?
With MuseScore 2.0.2 I do obtain a grand staff with both G and F clefs. It's still a mess and it will require quite some editing but still the two staves are in.
What Version of MuseScore? In 2.0.2 it imports with treble and bass clef, out of the box, see attached.
