Disappearance of note input toolbar
My note input toolbar has disappeared. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing twice but it still isn't there. How can I get it back?

rightclick on any toolbar, check the last menu entry "Note input" (sorry, don't know the right term, i'm on german layout)
