fluid: default velocity-to-filter cutoff modulator should be disabled
Fluid’s implementation of the default velocity-to-filter modulator is incorrect. Attached is a patch that fixes this issue based on code from upstream FluidSynth. You can read more about the history of this particular issue here: https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/issues/11
This patch also needs to be included in 2.2 for compatibility with the new instrument sounds.
A test .mscx + .sf2 has been included as well, with documentation inside the MuseScore file.
