This is the issue to track the progress on this issue mentioned in the Tantacrul's video review.
The problem is as follows:
1) Select a slur (or dynamic marking, or fermata etc.)
2) Delete it (Del)
Result: nothing is selected, and it seems to be not possible to restore selection in the given area without a mouse.
